At Bubbas Cafe Garden on the grounds of Mother Hughes Bar Drogheda we serve an extensive variety of fresh buns, cakes and our speciality scones from Granny! These are fresh homemade scones made by our very own matriarch and are not to be missed if you’re looking for that authentic Irish scone experience.

At Mother Hughes Drogheda Sports Bar we have got the sports bar experience down to a fine art, we are The Home of Live Sports in Drogheda. At Mothers on the Windmill Road we understand that being a Sports Bar is not just about having the right equipment, its about creating the conditions for the best possible experience and atmosphere.

Whiskey Sour
Jameson Caskmate Whiskey, Shaken with lemon juice, Simple syrup and Egg white. Served over ice with lemon wheel
Strawberry Daquiri
Bacardi, Lime juice, Simple syrup and fresh strawberries all blended together until smooth. Served with strawberry garnish.
Bramble
Gordons Gin, Shaken with lemon juice and Simple syrup. Served over crushed ice and added blackberry liqueur with fresh raspberries and a mint sprig.
Margarita
Jose Cuervo Tequila shaken with triple sec and lime juice. Served in a salted coupe glass with a lime wheel
